Job Description Daily management of FSM: This includes managing FSM's schedule, conveying sacred messages, and preparing and organizing offerings. Liaison with the community: Acting as a bridge of communication between FSM and its believers, conveying the believers' requests and prayers to FSM. Planning and implementation of events: Responsible for planning, preparing, and executing festivals and gatherings in which FSM participates. Enlightenment activities: This includes creating and distributing materials to spread the teachings and values of FSM. Problem-solving: Conducting conflict resolution among believers and providing guidance on ethical issues based on FSM's teachings.
