Job Description
Responsibilities: Lead the design, development, and deployment of scalable software solutions. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and release new features. Ensure application performance, quality, and responsiveness. Mentor junior software engineers to promote technical excellence and continuous improvement culture. Stay updated on the latest trends and best practices in software engineering. Conduct code reviews to ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices. Troubleshoot and debug to optimize performance. Participate in the entire software development lifecycle including requirements analysis, architecture, design, coding, testing, and deployment. Integrate security best practices into the software development process. Qualifications: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field. Proven experience as a senior software engineer with a successful portfolio of software projects. Expertise in multiple programming languages such as Java, C#, Python, JavaScript. Strong understanding of software engineering principles, design patterns, and best practices. Experience in developing cloud-native applications and utilizing cloud services such as AWS, Azure, Google Cloud. Knowledge of databases (SQL & NoSQL), web servers, UI/UX design. Proficiency in software development methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Kanban). Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure.
